This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you visit this site, Netlify's infrastructure automatically processes standard technical data as part of normal web hosting operation – such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of access – in server log files. This data is used solely to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site, and is not linked to any other data collected here.
All fonts used on this site are hosted locally as part of the site itself. No font files are loaded from Google or any other third-party server, so no data (including your IP address) is transmitted anywhere for font display.
If you use the Intelligence Brief tool, the name, company, and any context you enter are sent to a server-side function operated for this site, which forwards them to Anthropic PBC ("Anthropic"), a U.S.-based AI provider, in order to generate a personalised response for you. This data is used only to produce that one response and is not stored in a database afterwards; it is not retained by this site once your result has been generated and returned to you. Anthropic may retain and process data submitted to its API in line with its own API data retention policies, which are outside this site's control – see Anthropic's privacy policy for details.
Submitting this form is voluntary. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by choosing to fill in and submit the form, and – to the extent it supports responding to your inquiry – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in providing the service you've requested. As Anthropic is based in the United States, this involves a transfer of personal data to a third country; such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as implemented by Anthropic.
This tool asks you to answer a short set of multiple-choice questions about your situation. Your answers are processed to generate a fit assessment; where the live, AI-generated version of this tool is used, your answers are sent to Anthropic's API for that purpose, on the same basis described in Section 4 above. If that service is unavailable, the tool falls back to a rule-based assessment generated locally in your browser, without any data being sent anywhere. No answers from this tool are stored in a database.
This site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking scripts of any kind at this time.
Links on this site that open your email client (e.g. "Get in touch") do not transmit any data through this website itself – they simply open a new message in your own email application, addressed to me. Any information you then choose to send by email is processed by me to respond to your message, on the basis of your consent and/or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
